Young Trustee

Help Shape Our Future!

Play to the Crowd, an arts and education charity encompassing Theatre Royal Winchester, Hat Fair and Playmakers, is seeking two young people aged 18-25 years to join our board.

Play to the Crowd believes that our trustees should reflect our audiences; we produce and present work for, and with, young people, so we are determined our board and governance should include young people. We’d be delighted to hear from you if you want to be involved in taking care of the work we do, and have a love of the arts.

We want people aged between 18 and 25 years, one person to join our board as a Trustee and one as an observer.

Trustees are active members of the board; observers act as critical friends and stakeholders but have no legal responsibilities to the charity.
