Fundraising Manager
Hours/contract: Permanent, full time, 36 hours per week
Salary: £28,950 rising to £32,754 depending on length of service
Reports to: Communications and Development Director
Base: Theatre Royal Winchester / Hybrid
We’re looking for a confident and enthusiastic fundraiser with a track record of delivering and leading major donor fundraising, membership schemes, corporate partnerships as well as securing significant funds from Trusts and Foundations.
This is a permanent full-time role, however a job share or part-time hours would be considered for the right candidate(s).

Box Office and Data Insights Manager

Base: Theatre Royal Winchester
We’re seeking a Box Office and Data Insights Manager to oversee all aspects of ticket sales and box office operations, including staffing, Spektrix administration and reporting.
The role also delivers vital data analysis and insights to support strategic and programming decisions, and plays a key part in developing new audiences, enhancing access, and ensuring an excellent experience across all of Play to the Crowd’s activities.

Box Office Supervisor
Hours/contract: Permanent, part time, 20 hours per week
Salary: £23,793 rising to £26,227 (pro rata) depending on length of service
Reports to: Box Office and Data Insights Manager
Base: Theatre Royal Winchester
We're looking for a Box Office Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of the charity’s Box Office and to help increase income through ticket sales, group bookings and fundraising.
Acting as deputy to the Box Office and Data Insights Manager when required, the role plays a vital part in customer communication, audience development and delivering an excellent audience experience, with flexible daytime and evening working required.

Building Caretaker
Contract/hours: Permanent, full-time - 36 hours per week
Salary: £26,227 rising to £28,950 depending on length of service
Reports to: Head of Site Development
Base: Theatre Royal Winchester, Winchester, Hampshire
The Building Caretaker is a newly established position at Play to the Crowd, working in close collaboration with the Head of Site Development to support the care, maintenance, and safety of the organisation’s physical spaces — principally Theatre Royal Winchester.

We're looking for a Housekeeper to ensure the highest possible standards of cleanliness are applied to Theatre Royal Winchester at all times. In addition to early mornings, there may be afternoon and early evening cleaning opportunities.
